Professor Martin Coward confirmed as keynote speaker for postgraduate conference

Martin Coward is a Professor of International Politics and current Head of the School of Society and Environment at Queen Mary University of London. His research interests include the urbanisation of security, commemoration after terror attacks including the forms and feelings of togetherness evident in both Manchester city centre and on social media during the first anniversary of the 22 May 2017 Manchester Arena bombing. His work is published in leading journals and he is the author of Urbicide: The Politics of Urban Destruction published by Routledge.
